Education at Simon Stevin
As Simon Stevin, we are in close contact with the department and help with improving the quality of education and being able to bridge the gap from students to the department.
We do this by holding student council meetings where students can directly give feedback on courses. We are always open to hearing what you have to say and seeing what we can do to help.
For some insights as to what is currently happening you can always take a look on the Intranet. Here news and even minutes of department meetings are posted.
We also have influence on the university level, where we are represented in multiple organs of the university. In these organs, we can advise and influence decisions made by the university to ensure the quality of education and student life are up to par.
Next to this, we offer all the books you need for your studies at a discount (via wo4you.nl) and always have free notebooks available in our members’ room. In this room there are always other students present who can help you if you are struggling with anything so feel free to come by!
